Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Payoff ("we", "us") collects on payoffcreative.com and what we do with it. Payoff is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What we collect

When you request a teardown, we collect the brand name, Instagram handle or website, and the WhatsApp number or email you give us. When you send a project brief, we also collect the name, email, company, project details, budget, timeline and reference links you choose to share. If you accept cookies, we collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, rough location) through analytics.

How we use it

We use your details to make and send your teardown, review your project brief and reply to your enquiry. We don't sell your data or add you to mailing lists without asking.

Cookies

We only set analytics cookies if you choose "Allow". Your brand name, if you type it into the story on the homepage, stays in your own browser.

How long we keep it

We keep teardown requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on the conversation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email hello@payoffcreative.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
